We have extensive knowledge on building custom wax injection molds, for the investment casting industry. We can work with the raw part model and design a complete die block around it or work with a fully modeled mold to meet any needs the customer has.

Blow Molds
We have the ability to take any part our customer has whether its a finished product or cad model and make fixtures. Machining, testing, Gages, checking, Engraving and Cooling are just some examples of types of fixtures we have done in the past.

3D Printing
We have the capability to do in house 3d printing for any number of projects.
CNC Machining Capabilites
We currently have a Haas VF-6 Vertical CNC mill with 4 Sharnoa CNC vertical mills. Several Bridgeport manual mills, manual lathes, and a surface grinder.
Inspection Fixtures
For complete CMM layout by customer
